I’m a medical doctor, yoga teacher, and someone who deeply believes that true health is more than the absence of disease.

To me, it’s a balance between body and mind, science and intuition, movement and stillness, everyday choices and long-term wellbeing.

My work brings together evidence-based medicine with mindfulness, yoga, and a holistic approach to longevity. This vision has accompanied me since my earliest days in medical school — through long research nights, shifts at the university hospital and countless conversations with my patients.

I’m currently completing my dermatology residency at a university clinic, where I’ve worked in oncology, inflammatory skin diseases, and clinical research. My scientific path led me into advanced therapies, AI-assisted diagnostics, and prevention-focused medicine — and also showed me how much our healthcare system needs a more human, sustainable approach.

At the same time, I taught yoga, guided classes and retreats, and saw how movement and awareness can transform people from the inside out.

Now, I’m bringing these two worlds together.
