My kind of yoga – strength with softness.

Yoga is often seen as either fitness or spirituality. I approach it differently.
I teach yoga as a preventive practice — to support the nervous system, reduce chronic stress, and build a body that stays mobile, resilient, and at ease. This is not performance yoga. It is intelligent movement for modern lives. A practice where effort meets ease.
Where You can feel your  breath, your heartbeat, and the challenge — and still return to yourself. Where strength and lightness coexist.

My classes are challenging yet accessible — designed for every level, and always rooted in mindful movement. The focus is not on perfect poses. It’s on presence. It’s on learning to regulate yourself in the middle of challenge — a skill that goes far beyond the mat.

My classes combine:
– dynamic sequences inspired by Rocket Yoga
– mindful breathwork as a tool for self-regulation
– accessible variations for all bodies and levels
– moments of grounding to connect back to what matters

For me, yoga is not only asana  (the physical postures), but a way to move through life with awareness, softness, and inner strength.

Designed for Busy, High-Performing Lives.

This yoga practice is for you if you:

– feel mentally overstimulated or physically tense
– sit a lot, travel often, or work under pressure
– want to stay mobile, calm, and resilient aging
– prefer subtle depth over loud performance
– see movement as self-care, not self-optimization

Many of my students are professionals who want clarity and grounding without losing ambition or structure.

Offerings

– Group classes on Thursday nights combining strength, functional mobility and breath-guided movement
– Private one-on-one sessions tailored to physical restrictions, recovery needs and demanding schedules
